Refund Policy

Overview

If you can no longer attend the Marriage Intensive and you can find a couple to replace you, a full refund can be offered. If you are 14 or more days before the event, a 50% refund will be issued. Less than 15 days before the event and no refund will be issued. 

Refunds

Please email [email protected] to request a refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
